The friendly front desk staff ensured a smooth check-in process, and the hotel had pleasant breakfast options, especially the tasty potatoes. However, the property is in dire need of renovation, with carpets that seemed outdated and a bathroom faucet that fluctuated in temperature. Additionally, the HVAC system being stuck between heating or cooling was frustrating, and the pillows were uncomfortably lumpy.

Had an amazing time with friends at this all-suite hotel! The spacious rooms made it easy to chill together after visiting Disneyland and Universal Studios. Breakfast was solid, and the staff were super helpful. Just a heads up, there is a $10 parking fee now, and the shuttle to Disneyland isn't free, so plan accordingly!

not bad but could improve
The staff, especially manager Muhammad, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The layout of the Two-Room King Suite was perfect for my family, allowing us to enjoy our time together while having space to relax.
However, the common areas could benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance.

Families will love this hotel
The breakfast was fantastic, really hit the spot for both me and the kids. The staff was super accommodating, even going out of their way to help with a space heater when my little one was feeling chilly.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 14friendly staffgreat breakfastcleanliness issuespoor service responsiveness
The hotel has decent amenities, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Some common areas were dirty, and room service was infrequent. Staff was friendly, but issues persisted with staff responsiveness. A great breakfast helped lift the experience, yet the overall condition wasn't up to par.
